MessageM. Speaker,

This bill is still a mess. The issues aren't connected. How do curfews and parliamentary privilege belong in the same bill? Why change where executions occur when they're not even allowed? This bill needs to be broken up into multiple smaller bills.

MessageM.Speaker,

I do not think it is extremely necessary to break up the bill in to smaller ones. But i do think Article 3 is not making sense at all.And we also oppose Article 2.Able bodied prisoners must work, not only they are paying their debt to the society for what they have done,it helps them a lot from recovering from their past and to move towards success.

The ECA doesn't agree with article 5, so we will unfortunately have to oppose this bill.

MessageMr. Speaker,

To address the ECA, we believe the shift from local curfews to national curfews is necessary as a means to more efficiently maintain safety and humanitarian distribution if a disaster struck nationwide. However, we will make sure that this state of emergency would be called only in the most dire situations, such as during war or natural disaster of monolithic proportions.

Random quote: "Capitalism demands the best of every man- his rationality- and rewards him accordingly. It leaves every man free to choose the work he likes, to specialize in it, to trade his product for the products of others, and to go as far on the road of achievement as his ability and ambition will carry him." - Ayn Rand
