We would respectfully like to point out our reasons for supporting articles 2 and 3:

Article 2 will legalize a substance for which many citizens are arrested and criminally punished for. A joint of weed is nothing to get thrown in prison for, and furthermore, legalizing such will yield better results in cutting unnecessary prison sizes, aiding anesthesiology research, and providing for what many Lodamese have petitioned for years.

Article 3 changes little other than to allow for smoking in locations that serve alcohol - so most logically, bars and restaurants can now allow smoking as they see fit - schools, churches, laundromats, and furniture stores will still continue not to.

We hope this may encourage you to change your vote in favor of the bill.
