Message | Mr. Speaker, I respectfully address Mr. Noctos: let's look at the individual articles of the bill to put those up for future legislation. Clearly, some parties support or reject the bill completely based on a couple articles of contention, so breaking it up would be advisable - as our own party experienced with the rushed Judicial Reform Act. On the bill itself, our party generally supports the bill with the exceptions of articles 3 and 5 for public health and safety reasons. Gun ownership has been linked to increased homicides and domestic violence, and bestiality also has strongly been linked to personal injury and sexually transmitted diseases. Both of which would counterbalance the freedoms rent by this legislation, unfortunately. Marko Djokovic Spokesperson for Judicial Affairs Member of the PLF Central Committee |
