Details

Submitted by[?]: Hosian-Konservative Allianz

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3870

Description[?]:

The Dorvish nobility have long supported the state and as several members of the Dorvish nobility are members of the Social Nationalist Party as well as members of the current Dorvish government, it would only be fair that we grant them the ability to be recognized for their efforts.

The Dorvish Geheimer Rat (Secret Council, equivalent to a Privy Council) will be granted ascent from the Dorvish government to maintain titles, grant new titles and handle the records of the Dorvish nobility.

MessageHerr Speaker,

The PZvD is against outdated institutions like the nobility and monarchy, but we're willing to make an exception. The Nobility is a part of Dorvik's core and it's a part of our history, so it's our duty to protect it.

MessageHerr Speaker,

The Dorvish nobility has been an integral part of the Dorvish culture and the nation, I myself draw from the Dorvish nobility. I am the current Baron of Desidier, my family have made financial contributions throughout the Dundorfian Empire as well as following the collapse and the eventual war with the socialist. I would not say they are outdated and I would say that it's a little offensive to us as a whole. We've stood by and adopted, we are conservative indeed but that does not mean we stand in the way of progress. We are opposed to change, not progress.

We appreciate the PZPD supporting this however.

Tanus von Desidier,
President of the Dorvish Republic
