Our vision for Baltusia, consists on freedom of will, that's why we want to stop forcing all adults to serve a term in the military. [art 3] We also want to promote a peaceful environment with our neighboring countries, that's why we propose to change our policies concerning biological and chemical weaponry and the use of land mines.
