Description[?]:
This bill is an emergency bill to respond to possible repercussions of the KFS exit crisis, should such a disaster take place: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=57&start=670#p87292 The following bill proposals - to regulate banks and financial organizations such as the KFS and to stabilize the LOD - will take place immediately after a majority vote, but may be repealed after the crisis is deemed moot by the government. IC: The government's owning of banks is a formal action by the Presidium to nationalize the KFS's assets. The stabilization of the LOD within a currency band will prevent a bond dump from devaluing the dollar to disastrous proportions. As such, the bill's passing by the Presidium will effect current government policy into law. This bill, more financial in nature, is to be passed in conjunction with the KFS Assets Act, which covers the legal/judicial aspects of resolving the crisis: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=441164 |
