M.Speaker, I think its necessary for a nation like us to maintain the highways by ourselves.By this we can maintain the cost and the complete network in more reliable form.Also it is now easier to find and solve if any problems related to its infrastructure arise.The Department for Infrastructure Development will resolve these network quickly,since they each and how these works.This bill is to increase the reliability of the infrastructure development by the Government.because i believe the state becomes more transparent and reliable that of contracted firms.
