| The Emperor have decided that it was a wrong move to demolish the medieval Mor Yaqub Cathedral in Har Yafe. Thus his majesty have decreed that the construction of a new Cathedral shall begin. The newly Established Imperial Church of Cildania shall be granted all of the hosian churches, cathedrals and other hosian religious buildings. |

| Message | The imperial government does not seem to understand why the Cildanian people are opposed to the so-called "Imperial Church" or to this foolish and heretical Cathedral. It is not a matter of symbols (although the government's hostility towards Hosian symbolism is troublesome), but of freedom of religion.
