| Mr. Speaker Due to the recent uncertainty in the Lodamese Market, with the Lodamese Nationalization of an international Financial Institute, the Artanian Union has become concerned that our foreign financial reserves are in jeopardy. The Artanian Union has decided to establish a reserve currency called the Artanian Mark to be used as a back up and trading currency for Artanian Nations. Article 1, The Holy Luthori Empire will herby establish the Artanian Mark as its second currency. a) Store owners and all businesses that deal in money, may accept our currency as well as the Artanian Mark. Article 2. The Lodamese currency will be removed as a recognized currency in Luthori. a) Store owners and all businesses that deal in money will no longer accept the Lodamese currency if it is offered by customers.
