MessageMr. Speaker,

While we know that some parties are weary of treaties, this particular treaty is all too important to not be ratified. This would call for the creation of a council that would work together to fight tyranny and undemocratic governments around Terra, in order to keep it safe. We cannot stand by idly and watch as nations ignore the rights of their citizens while keeping subjugated parties who promote freedom and liberty. Thus we call for a ratification of this treaty.

I yield.
