| Message | I'm somewhat confused by the wording of the proposal. It seems, from how it is written, that native-born Telamonese would also have to be subjected to a citizenship test, which is unacceptable to my administration. We appreciate how special citizenship in our republic is and encouraging immigration has been a long-standing NRP policy. |
