Description[?]:
With this move, Hobrazia leaves barbarism behind and join the community of humane nations in full. Capital punishment allowed for the systematic deprivation of the most basic of rights - the right to life and also presented an extreme exertion of state power in any case. I am sending this proposal to the National Assembly hoping for speedy approval. Irakli Topadze Prezidenti of Hobrazia |
