You are opposing what the very fabric of Dorvish culture is and that herr speaker, is absolutely treason. They are hereditary to signify the contributions that the family has made, not simply the individual. The Privy Council (Gehemier Rat in Dundorfian) does not award titles of nobility willy nilly, no they are awarded after a strenuous process to honor and reward the family who have contributed to the Dorvish state and people.
