| As you know, war with Dorvik might be near and there has been diplomatic incidents on both sides. We hereby urge the Parliament to endorse the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction to strengthen our military (which - because of Rildanor Accords - had to be severely reduced). Use of WMDs might give us a strategic superiority, as Dorvik doesn't have any and doesn't plan to have any. |
