Mr. speaker, This diet must refrain from addressing uts former sovereign, Charles X of house Steuart-Geharon as the "rebel king" and must take aims to welcome him back to our nation with the respect he deserves. Therefore, we propose that he and his house is granted amnesty and cannot be charged with any crimes for their duties in leading this nation. We respect all former monarchs! I yield |

Message | Mr Speaker. If the House renounce all their claims of the Luthori throne we will of course welcome them back to the nation. But we believe it is very unlikely to have a pretender to the throne residing in the same nation as the actual throne. OOC: It is historically impossible for the Steuart-Geharon to reside here if they claim the throne. Look att House Hohenzollern (Germany), Holstein-Gottorp (Sweden), Romanovs (Russia) and House Glücksburg (Greece). I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, If His Majesty Charles X had ended his reigns, his House should have the amnesty granted. However, as it has turned out, he is still a legal Emperor - one of two legal Emperors, yes, but still one. In this situation, the proposition of amnesty is irrelevant. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I must concur with the Representative from the Alliance against left. The question that occurs now though is this: which of the two lawful emperors is the most rightful one? I yield |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
