MessageWe have been down this road before. Nothing has changed. Foreign Nationals aren't granted diplomatic immunity, only diplomats like we are in their home nations. Despite what the HRA and Choice appear to believe Hutori is in fact apart of the international community, not an island where we can ignore everyone else. We are members of the CSCO along with numerous other international organizations and reckless policies like these have real consequences for Hutorians abroad.
