| 1. The Trigunian Federal Security Directorate is hereby declared to be the organization which will organize and synthesize the various security services of the Empire. It falls under the Federal Office of the Minister-President . 2. The Federal Council on National and Defensive Oversight is hereby by the governing body of the TFSD and shall be chaired by the Minister-President him/herself. 3. The FCNDO's budget shall be included into Federal Office of the Minister-President's Budget. 4. Members of the Council shall only be selected by the Minister-President, The Chief of Government Staff, the Minister of Internal Affairs and Minister of Defense. 5. The Following agencies are under the direct authority of the TFSD, and these agencies and their director's shall report to it. Core Agencies:- -Trugunian Federal Police -Federal Counterterrorism Agency -Directorate for State Intelligence -Trigunian Cyber Defence Force -Directorate for Military Intelligence -Federal Informations Service -Financial Security Service -Imperial Border Customs and Excise Agency -Directorate for Internal Security (Ministry of Internal Affairs) Secondary Agencies and Departments -Federal Diplomatic Protection Service -Federal Nuclear Protections Service -Trigunian Inspectorate for Immigrantion -Imperial Maritime Protection Agency -Directorate for the Protection of Foreign Assets.
