| Message | Mr Speaker, this bill will impose offensive amounts of bureucracy on farmers and pet owners, most of whom already do their best to treat their animals as well as possible. Labour's distrust of the people is shocking, given that they apparently believe that there must be rules, regulations, bans and commandments for every subject no matter how trivial.
