Bill: Respect For The National Flag

Details

Submitted by[?]: Gaduri Conservative Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 3889

Description[?]:

As some of you may know, our legislative system still has some archaic laws that, in opionion of the Conservative Party, should be changed. Our national flag is a symbol of our entire nation, including all the people who live here, lived here and will ever live here. We think that people should always have freedom of choice to do what they want, as long as it doesnt intefere with other's freedom. Is for this reason that is our tought that the national flag should be protected by law and the sanctions regarding the desecration of the national flag should be enforced by this government and the ones to come.

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.

Random quote: "There is only one difference between dictatorship and democracy. In democracy, you vote and then take orders; in dictatorship you don't waste time voting." - Joseph Stalin
