Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, although our drug laws are already reasonably permissive, we must carry the reasoning behind them, namely the idea that adult citizens do not need the nanny state to tell them what kind of substances they may consume, Therefore, we propose to end existing restrictions on tobacco and drugs and maintain solely an age restriction that prevents substance abuse by minors. We also propose to transfer responsibility over drug sales from government to the private sector, so that businesses have an incentive to make them safer and conduct more research on their effects. Prof. Hans Granlund FV party leader |

Message | Mr Speaker, As you might know Article 3 is a very delicate issue for Selucdemokraterna. We will never be in favor of supporting any kind of legalised drugs. Therefore, we will vote no for this bill unfortunately. Gustav Westerberg SD Leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker, in a ideal world, drugs should be outlawed, but we can't control them and if we don,t control them the mafia will, we hope the Selucdemokraterna can understand the urgency of controlling drugséé Nellie Danielsson |

Message | We stand with Mr. Westerberg on this, Mr. Speaker. This is not something we can compromise on. Either you disapprove of drugs, or you don't. Anything in the middle will lead to a grey area which can only lead to full legalisation of these obviously harmful substances on a sliding scale. We shouldn't want that. Hans-Peder Juel FP Leader |
