Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Republic of Kirlawa assembled, that: 1) The difference between the commons and copyright is that The commons is the cultural and natural resources accessible to all members of a society, including natural materials such as air, water, and a habitable earth, while copyrights are a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights to its use and distribution, usually for a limited time 2) This bill will allow the people of Kirlawa to access the technology and arts of Kirlawa, will will not be protected by copyright. This will affect the scientific, entertainment, and artistic parts of Kirlawa, as well as business 3) This bill will affect all of Kirlawa, physical or virtual 4) This bill will be funded by the sales of electronics and the sales of art auctions, as well as this bill being enforced by the Ministry of Education and Culture 5) The penalty for the non compliance of businesses will be that all of the technology and arts belonging to private institutions will be put under the control of the state 6) This bill will possibly become law in three months or later if the majority of the General Assembly agrees to this bill. |
