Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Republic of Kirlawa assembled, that:

1) A prayer can either be defined as a solemn request for help or expression of thanks addressed to God or an object of worship or a religious service, especially a regular one, at which people gather in order to pray together.

2) This bill will forbid teacher-led prayers in public and private schools, with the exception of religious schools. This will affect both the religions and schools of Kirlawa

3) This will take effect in all Kirlawan jurisdiction, physical or virtual

4) This bill will be funded by religious taxes (if there are no religious taxes in Kirlawa, then the Ministry of Education and Culture will fund this bill) and be enforced by the Ministry of Education and Culture

5) The penalty for non compliance of this bill will be the transfer of the teacher from their school to a religious school

6) This bill may become law after three months or more, when a majority of the General Assembly agrees to this bill
