| Message | Herr Speaker, While we find incestous acts as disgusting as those opposing this law there are problems with prohibition. First, it's questionable to punish our citizens for victimless crimes. Second, this law is very rarely used as people tend not to be caught in the act or report each other (unless it was a case of rape, which we have separate legislation against). |
