Bill: Phone Regulation Act 3897
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3898
Description[?]:
Currently, the state subsidizes the phone service of low income families but does not regulate the rates providers can charge for phone service. Whilst it is marvellous that we subsidize phone services for low income families, we believe that the rates providers can charge should also be regulated to ensure that the prices charged are not extortionate. |
