| Currently, any legal weapon may be concealed when carried. However we believe that this is extremely dangerous to the people of Hutori. We believe that people should first obtain a permit in order to carry concealed weapons. This will mean that trustworthy people will be able to continue to carry said weapons but less trustworthy people must do so openly, preferably not at all. |
