| Mr.Speaker, We, as Kazulians are proud of our nation's progressive approach to human rights, we believe that a state should help its citizens, not oppress them, we believe that property rights is something to be respected upon, we believe that habeas corpus is a right that needs to be uphold, we believe that police must not oppress its citizens, we believe in rule of law, and we also believe that we need to uphold these values in our relations with other countries and right now our so-called Friendship Treaty with Trigunian government is just a sick endorsement of their oppressive dictatorship and we can not and must not play a collaborative part with that.
