Voting deadline: June 3900

Description[?]:

A bill to recogize the formal change in demographics and linguistics since the time of the collapse of the Second Interim, and the progress made therein.

Section One: Formal Renaming of the nation in line with formal court documentation.

1(a): The nation shall be formally styled the Mlk'knstat o̞'f Barmenia (Brme) (Kingdom of Barmenia) in accordance with past precedence, and respect for shared culture.

Section Two: Recognition of the decline of the Jelbic language and the rise of minority dialects due to immigration and disapora.

2(a): Over the past twenty years, the census has denoted a formal decline in the use of the Jelbic and pronounced Brmek languages in favor of local dialects. Though Brmek is still used as a form of common tongue, the Assembly hereby recognizes that it would be improper to keep the Jelbic alphabet on the Registry of Recognized Languages (RRL) and hereby strikes it from the record.

2(b): Though the language of the Court and government shall remain Brmek and Kathuran, the Assembly hereby duly recognizes the importance of Kathuran within the Old Kingdom of Arakhim, and the dialect of Bastun (OOC: Baghdad Jewish Arabic) among the common Hosian people, as well as that of Botan (OOC: North Mesopotamian Arabic) among the Halawi people.

Section 3: Recognition of Governance and Culture in Surface Format.

3(a): The governance of the nation shall be laid down so forth:

-The title of the Head of State, who shall also preside as head of government shall be: Malkā/ܣܚܥ-Malkā

-The formal styling of the legislature shall be Meclis / Madjlis / Majlis (Assembly)

- The National sport shall be sailing.

- National animal shall be the wolf.

- National anthem shall be known as "Barmenia's Fair."

Section 4: Effective Date.

4(a): The enactment of this bill shall coincide with it's ability to gain passage.
