Preamble: To increase in size and stature the current status of the regions/ republics military infrastructure in order to promote and provide for the defense of it its interests, commonwealth, and ideals, and so that the common consensus-that the backbone of our defense may be resolute, and the question of security safely placed to rest. Section I: In order to ensure the extended state of our strength militarily I hereby request that the following bill be considered, and if passed will increase in stature the overall state of our military infrastructure and thus in securing a firm stance economically as well may guarantee and further solidify that hope of a more powerful state that has the full capability, in all times, to provide for, to promote the general welfare of, its people. Section II: Moreover to establish a firm front for a defense and to take the normal increased preventions in the event of an unexpected catastrophe, foreign invasion, uprisings, and or any act thereof which would provide to us a feasible casus belli against that specific threat , at that place of event and at that immediate moment.. |
