Message | Mr speaker, The use of noble titles should never be forced, but it also should never be forbidden. If a man came from another country and were to mention that he has a title, he would have broken a law. We shouldn't issue titles but we should not punish those who CHOSE to use them out of respect. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, As Rutanians, we should break the medieval bounds of noble titles no matter their nationality. After all, it was their choice to come in and if they are in Rutania, they should also uphold the Rutanian principle of Liberty and not cling on to their so called noble titles and deprive Rutanians of their freedom. Therefore, the Progressives will stand firm behind Article 2. |

Random fact: Particracy is set in the fictional world of Terra, which mirrors the real world of today and yet is not quite like it. |
Random quote: First and second class seats on public transport shall be BANNED! We are all FIRST CLASS people, regardless of whether we are rich or poor and can afford or not afford to pay for a more expensive seat. From now on, all seats on trains, buses, trams, planes and so on shall be the SAME. We will all travel in the SAME way, TOGETHER. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |
