| Urgent Legislative Bill To be able to handle the needs of our population, we need, comrade proletarians, a civilian police and a reformed and dedicated army force. So with this bill we effectively rename and reform the following National Security Forces: " Imperial Intelligence Service" (I.I.S.) will be renamed to "Pontesi Intelligence Service" (P.I.S.) and will be headed by the Minister of Internal Affairs Colonel Azi Salyzr. "Imperial Defence Force" will be renamed to "People's Army/Navy/Airforce" each with its own leadership and command. High Commander's post will be renamed to "Chief of Staff" and will be filled by the Minister of Defence Lt.General Eksandr Malvyr. A civilian police force is to be created, as all private security contractors are prohibited from operating inside Pontesi, named Public Security Force. Executive Director of the new police force will be former Intelligence agent Lazr Shmbkai. Co-Signed, Premier Jhmerk Mojokai, Minister of Internal Affairs Col. Azi Salyzr, Minister of Defence Lt.General Eksandr Malvyr. |
