| The Conservative Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Republic of Likatonia. The Head of Government currently receives 2.5Billion LIKs to perform their job. However we are the opinion that 500milliom LIKs is more than enough to provide the wages and allowances provided to MP's and other costs accrued in the running of parliament and the cabinet. Furthermore this provides saving of 2Billion LIKs that can be added to our surplus. |

| Message | Well, the current Head of Government believes that, if there is something the department needs that can NOT be worked into a five hundred million LIK budget... it's probably something that just isn't needed THAT badly... or something that should be coming out of a different appropriation. We do believe, however, that the Conservative Party MIGHT be underestimating the needs of the Head of Government office, if they believe the only expenditures would be things like wages. But - regardless, the AAS is willing to back this legislation. However, the Defence Department might want to pigeon-hole some fund allocation, for if the contracts come do on a new "Head of Government" helicopter, this year. |
