Description[?]:

The Kingdom of Loer should adopt a comprehensive foreign policy regime based on cultural, monarchical, and historical ties.

Treaties and friendship and mutual defense should be made with Luthori, led by His Majesty's father-in-law, Kirlawa, a Celdic plurality nation, Darnussia, having had historical ties to the old House of Battenburg; the Canrillaise nations of Alduria, Kanjor, and Rildanor for their ties to the old House of Battenburg and Luthori; Malivia, Hobrazia, Endralon and Zergon, Beluzia, and Ibutho for their non-Dundorfian cultures (as there are Dundorfian groups wishing to restore Dundorfian domination over North Artania), and Selucia, for their historical ties with Loer and bringing us a great deal of civilization.
