Bill: Repeal a dangerous bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Socio-Democratic Union
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2172
Description[?]:
It's with much sadeness that we heard the bill concerning licensing parents passed. First of all we are opposed to such pratices. It is not any governemental matter to legislate on how, or when people should have children. This is seriouls dampering civil rights. People should be able to have children, whatever they qualification are, and just cope with consequence. After that, the current lesgislation obliges mothers to abort if they didn't passed their qualification tests. This is a barbarian practice, that would be undertook by the worst totalitarian states or the least advanced cultures ! We believes that Dolgaria is none of this... So, the SDU ask this bill to be repealed as soon as possible. |

Message | CC... maybe you're not aware... but Dolagria doesn't provide welfare of any kind anymore. Remember, we repealed it all? I'm sorry DUMB, controlling people's right to produce is controlling life itself... that's far too pervasive into people's private affairs. |

Message | No, we still have welfare. I tried stopping it and it was soundly defeated. I do agree with El Dorado. we need parental qualifications of some sort. Just in my traditional style, I like going to the far extremes =P they make the game more interesting. |
