Bill: Freedom of Speech Protection Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Demokrat Konservativen Partei (DKP)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 3905

Description[?]:

We believe each person should be able to say anything they want (providing they are not advocating to physically harm someone else). Thus, we propose the following :

- People should fully embrace that being public personality do not entitle them to any more freedom than anyone else.
- Thus, they shouldn't be able to sue anyone for exercizing their right of free speech.
- People should have an extended right to assemble in public to voice their disagreement with whatever decision the legislators are taking.
