Bill: Healthcare Privatization and Reform Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Freedom Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3908
Description[?]:
Recognizing that the only way that the federal budget will ever increase to the magnitude we need is to first establish a safe and steady surplus of 15 or 20 Billion BEL, the state must sponsor private investment and consumption. An increase in the two will lead to more job creation, a higher GDP, more money in the pockets of our citizens, and ultimately, more money in our coffers. This act protects the poor, but leaves each state the ability to have their own Healthcare systems and requires that those who can afford to pay for healthcare, do. Furthermore, this Act is a step still in line with the Terran Cricket Council which currently regulates our sports team laws, and also frees up young entrepreneurs to open up sports teams and drive investment in the health and recreational sports industry. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols. |
