Message | Mr Speaker, At the moment people aren't allowed to smoke outside, which makes no sense as that's the best place to smoke as the harmful chemicals aren't taken in as much as they would be indoors. Note, under current laws you can only smoke indoors, private homes and clubs, and its illegal to smoke anywhere else. I yield Lucy Scott MP |
