The House is to be led by the Speaker, who will be assisted by no less than two Deputy Speakers and for each party in the legislature with more than 20 seats in the House shall be entitled to a Deputy Speakership. For floor and legislative affairs, the House Government Leader will coordinate and manage all legislative business for the Government which shall consist of the party or parties forming the legislative majority which supports the Prime Minister. The largest party, or coalition of parties shall nominate and elect the Most Loyal and Respectable Leader of the Opposition who shall lead the party or parties not in government. Each party or coalition is entitled to a House Leader to represent their caucus in the House.
