| I make a separate thread which will be put to vote. The other one (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=447122) will just be amended once the vote will be done. It requires a 2/3rd +1 vote to pass. If passed, this bill will acts as an OOC constitution and is binding as such. Article 1 : The official name of the country is Narikaton und Darnussia Gemeinwesen; Article 2 : The name given at article 1 can be contracted by saying Gemeinwesen or Commonwealth. Narikaton and Darnussia are the two official components of the Commonwealth. Article 3 : Article 1 and 2 do not formally limit the possibility to players to name the country otherwise. They ony provide guidelines and determine the name of the country in the main page. -- I think it is still possible to make changes if someone isn't satisfied, but I would like discussions on the substance in the other thread if possible. |

| Message | OOC : It is true that there is only one langage, but there is certainly a limit on how long an official name can be. We could nevertheless make another bill just modifying this one to add that, officially, there is this additionnal langage and the name is longer. However, I don't see why "in the game" the name above the page should be written like that. |
