Message | I couldn't be happier with Article 3, as this is one of the Minister for Trade and Prime Minister's main priorities going forward. Some members of our party have raised concerns with Article 1 and would like to have it changed to reflect a more capitalist approach, and ask the BCR if they would object to changing it from making it a local matter to making it a private matter and make the policy "Waste disposal is left entirely to the private sector but is regulated." We wait for the Environment Minister's response and hope the one issue can be compromised on, We congratulate the Minister on his work. |

Message | It is hard to compromise on art 1. The Minister decided to drop that particular art from this bill. |

Message | Upon further consideration of the probable ramifications of Article One, and while we agree with Article Two and Three, the NFP must oppose this Bill and hopes Articles Two and Three are proposed together in the future, when they will have our full support. |
