Mr Speaker. The Liberal Alliance has examined the Royal Armed Forces and there is a dis-satisfaction among the officers. This bill is mostly inspired by the results of our dialogue with Commanders and officers in the Royal Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air force. I yield. |
