| The Decree of His Grace, the King, is hereby ordered as stated below with the due consent of the Assembly, and his holiness the Abba and Patriarch, Knstn of Kathura. Prov 1: The due temporal and spiritual separation of Sarah of House Thomas, Queen of Cildana from His Grace. Prov. 1(a): The Queen of Cildania, Sarah, has been found lacking in the realm of spousal affection and proximity, and has been found in failure of the ability to continue sexual relations since the time of the 4th of August, 3884. Thus, for their mutual well being, the Abba gave his due dispensation for divorce on the 24th of October, 3910, following the convening of a court of High and Low Church officials. Prov. 2: The Knowledge and Acceptance by the Abba and Assembly of the Clandestine Marriage of His Grace and Her Grace, Queen Mri of House Mardoh. Prov. 2(a): The Assembly and Abba were made known on the 10th of November, 3910 of the marriage of His Grace to Her Grace, the Queen on the date of the 1st of the same month of that year. Prov. 2(b): In accordance with tradition, the Assembly does wish Her Grace well, and pray that the Lord shall watch over her in her reign and her tutorlage of the Royal heirs. Prov. 3: The Payment of Her Graces staff and upkeep of her land for the duration of her marriage. Prov. 3(a): The Queen shall be alloted a stipend of ten million Barmenistans per year, in accordance with precedent. In addition, she shall be given a staff not to exceed one thousand individuals at any one residence, and shall be expected to keep a detailed record of their activities. Prov. 3(b): The former family seat of the Mede dynasty shall be restored as a palace in a post reformation, Hosian style which emphasizes the ideals of the lower church. This palace, renamed 'The palace of the angels' shall be given a proper Kathuran translation upon it's naming, in line with the traditions of the Court and the Kingdom of Arakhim. Prov. 3(c): The Palace of the Angels shall be at the disposal of her Grace when she is not in the capitol attending business. Prov.4: Enactment. Prov. 4(a): This decree shall be enacted upon its constitutional passage. |
