A bill to allow for the recognition of the reign of His Majesty Thomas VI of the Thomasine Dynasty, King of the Cildanians. Section 1: Relationship between the Royal heirs and His Majesty. Sec. 1(a): His Majesty, Thomas VI, shall hereby be deemed the legitimate regent and sovereign of the Cildanian government, until such time as the officials of his land may deem it proper to agree with and accredit the Letters Patent (Ek. 902) signed by His Grace, the father of his Majesty's most noble relatives. Sec. 1(b): The Assembly hereby recognizes the notice of their Royal Highnesses right to the throne of Cildania as the trueborn children of the former Queen of Cildania, Sarah of House Thomas. Furthermore, the Assembly hereby accredits all due diplomatic officers and such members of his Majesty's government as may be needed for the purpose of Sec. 1(a). Sec. 1(c): The Assembly does acknowledge the King's care of the throne, in preference to the woeful governance of the former Queen, and ask that he submit which of the four remaining heirs he would choose to take the throne upon the due restoration of order and the elimination of his mandate. Section 2: Elimination of all accreditation for the former offiicals of Queen Sarah III. Sec. 2(a): In accordance with previous acts and His Grace's decree, in addition to the Cildanian process currently under way, the officials of the former Queen are hereby stripped of their diplomatic and financial access. Their passports shall be revoked within a week following the passage of this act. Section 3: Recommendation of a trial for the former Queen. Sec. 3(a): The Assembly hereby recommends a trial and conviction on the charge of negligence with regards to the former Queen. In addition, the Assembly suggests the following charges: 1) Sedition and acts of espionage in assistance of revolutionary rebels who seek the overthrow of the government. 2) Commitance of conspiracy of crime against peace. 3) Directing attacks against civilians. 4) Unlawful wanton destruction or appropriation of property. 5) Willful killing, or causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health. Section 4: Enactment. Sec. 4(a): This bill shall be enacted upon it's passage, and it's assumption of a majority vote. |
