| Whilst this act recognises and maintains the right of those citizens who are permitted to obtain guns, to carry them upon their person, it requires in the interests of openess that all guns so carried must be done so openly and would make the concealment of weapons illegal. |

| Message | The problem I have is that always having the weapon openly showing may be difficult at times. If you are wearing a coat/jacket you would have to have the weapon outside of it or if the jacket is open have it right in front of you which would be uncomfortable x_x |
