A resolution and due declaration to name Prince Anmf as the rightful successor and heir to the throne of Hebil, an autonomous region of Cildania which broke away following the civil unrest caused by the collapse of the Empire.

Prov. 1: Name and Style.

Prov. 1(a): The Assembly does decree and confer the following title upon the Prince:

1. King of the Hebilites, Prince of Gabar, Lord of Mort Iskendra and Supreme Cardinal of the Church of Elijah in the land of Aheblun.

Prov. 2: The Relationship between Vanuku and Barmenia.

Prov. 2(a): The Barmenian Crown, it's heir being a descendant of Nikandro Heraklito as the heir of Sarah of House Thomas, and thus House Mede, remains the heir to the throne of Vanuku and Zardugal in the event of the collapse of the current dynasty, or the overthrow of the same. With this knowlege in it's foremind, the Assembly recognizes the legitimacy of the rule of the current dynasty in Vanuku, and wishes nothing but good relations with it's members, while at the same time wishing to come to accord over the sovereignty of the territory of Hebil, and His Royal Highness reign therein.

Prov. 3: Issuance of Commissioners for the Purpose of Negotiation.

Prov. 3(a): A delegation is hereby ordered to be sent to Vanuku, on behalf of both the Assembly and His Grace, for the purpose of negotiation with regard to the Hebil territorial situation.

Prov. 4: Enactment.

Prov. 4(a): This Declaration shall become effective upon its due passage and signing by His Grace.
