Bill: National Anthem in Schools Act 3912
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3913
Description[?]:
Currently, children are not made to sing the national anthem, but are required to show respect when it is played at the commencement of school each day. However we believe this is very wrong, school is a place of education, not nationalist brainwashing. Children should be allowed to express their own views, forcing them to show respect to the national anthem may hinder that and pry them away from respecting our nation due to their possible rebellion as a result. |
