Bill: Foreign Investment Reforms 3913
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 3914
Description[?]:
Currently, foreign investors may freely invest in national companies. However we believe that this is harmful for the Luthorian economy in the long run, as it may take industry abroad and away from us eventually. However we also acknowledge that some foreign investment is also beneficial to our economy. Our answer is to continue to allow foreign investment in companies, but only allow a minority share, thus a majority of 51% or above of a company at least will continued to be owned only by Luthoaians. |
