Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, we believe that it is necessary to encourage share ownership among the Kazulian population in order to create a culture of business-affinity and private asset accumulation that will decrease dependency on the state. However, regulation restricts access to the stock market and makes it harder to set up a share portfolio and engage in trade. Therefore, we propose this bill to give greater freedom to share holders, buyers and traders. Leya Nordahl (FV) Finance Minister |
