To insure there is no confusion on article 3, it doesn't mean people can't get divorces, it means that the government doesn't mandate a legal requirement for having one. We already allow divorces to be initiated by either partner. |

Old value:: Divorces are prohibited.
Current: Divorces are legal, be it mutual consent, grounded cause or if one partner wants it.
Proposed: The legality of divorces is left up to the local governments.
Article 2

Old value:: Local governments may set and enforce concealed carry laws.
Current: Any legal weapon may be concealed when carried.
Proposed: Where weapons are carried, this must be done openly.
Article 3

Old value:: Local governments determine the legality of crossdressing.
Current: Crossdressing is allowed.
Proposed: The government has no policy concerning crossdressing.
