MessageThis bill cannot be passed because it posses threats in National Security and Public Security. If paramilitaries are allowed freely without regulation party's can misuse them any time which may result in uncontrollable riots or devastating results. This may also result in civil war.
We will support this bill if Article 2 is deleted from this bill.
