| Seeing that some religions in Trigunia refuse to help the poor which is one of their main priorities, they either have a choice of either paying taxes or helping the poor. The Government shall allow the Local Governments of the respective oblasts to tax any religion who does not assist in getting the poor back onto their feet. |
